- A valid passport with at least six months validity and two blank pages
- A completed visa application form
- Two recently taken passport-sized photographs with a white background
- A signed employment contract
- Certified educational and professional certificates

Visa Fees: Different charges based on the type of visa
• Single Entry Work Visa: 2000 Saudi Riyals (approximately 43,800 INR)
• Multi Entry Work Visa: 3000 Saudi Riyals (approximately 65,700 INR)
• One-Year Work Visa: 5000 Saudi Riyals (approximately 109,500 INR)
• Two-Year Work Visa: 7000 Saudi Riyals (approximately 153,300 INR)
Health Insurance: Employer companies usually cover the cost of mandatory health insurance for foreign employees.
Visa Processing: Visa processing typically takes 1 to 3 weeks.
Travel to Saudi Arabia: Once your visa is approved, you can travel to Saudi Arabia.
Application for Residence Permit: Within 90 days of arrival in Saudi Arabia, the employer will assist in obtaining a residence permit (Iqama), which allows residency in Saudi Arabia.
