In London for the first time, the Live Be Yoga duo visited Ourmala, an organization that offers a safe space for asylum-seekers and refugees—including survivors of trafficking and modern-day slavery. Aligned with the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma and Recovery, Ourmala provides a path toward healing and assimilating to UK society through access to yoga and meditation classes. Here, Jeremy and Aris join a class, meet CEO, founder, and, yoga teacher Emily Brett, and speak to a courageous student about her experience.
